Since 1962, Oak Bay Marine Group has built a diverse company with a sterling reputation for unique adventures and first-class customer service. But when they felt the hiring crunch that is sweeping western Canada they knew they had to re-brand their staff recruiting program. To help attract their main target, 18-25 year old job seekers, Dialect designed a site that was at once friendly, engaging and professional.

The site draws on OBMG’s existing imagery and plays up the marine adventures that define the company.

The new site has been a resounding success with both management and job-seekers, and has increased the number of applicants for OBMG’s positions.
